A Team You Can Count On From Start to Finish

Choosing the right construction partner matters—because this isn’t just another project. It’s your home, your business, and your investment.
You want a team that communicates clearly, shows up when they say they will, and takes pride in getting the details right. That’s exactly what you can expect here.

Every project is approached with careful planning, honest communication, and a focus on delivering a finished space that works the way you need it to—long after construction is complete.

Based in Northern Colorado, the team brings experience across residential and commercial construction, with a commitment to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Beau and Cory are so easy to work with. Their attention to detail and finished product quality is exceptional.

What It’s Like to Work With Poudre Construction

A construction project shouldn’t feel chaotic, unclear, or full of surprises.
You should know what’s happening, what comes next, and who to talk to when you have questions. That’s why every project is built around clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a process designed to keep things moving smoothly from start to finish.

From your first conversation through final walkthrough, you can expect a team that listens closely, communicates openly, and takes the time to understand what matters most to you—whether that’s timeline, budget, functionality, or long-term value.

You won’t be left chasing updates or guessing what’s next. Instead, you’ll have a clear understanding of progress, decisions, and next steps at every stage of the project.

Behind the scenes, that means detailed planning, experienced trade partners, and consistent oversight—so small details don’t turn into big problems later.
  • Clear expectations from the very beginning
  • Fewer surprises and better cost control
  • A team that takes ownership instead of passing things off
  • A finished space that reflects your goals—not compromises
Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about building something that looks good—it’s about creating a space that works for you long after construction is complete.

Cory Jennings

Cory’s passion for building started early—long before construction became his career. From Legos to woodworking classes, he’s always been drawn to creating things with his hands and seeing ideas come to life.

Today, that same mindset shows up in every project. He brings a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach and takes pride in delivering work that’s both functional and built to last.

Outside of work, Cory enjoys spending time with his family, getting out on the golf course, and introducing his kids to the game. He and his family live in Northern Colorado with their golden retriever, Waylon.

Beau Brittenham

Beau grew up surrounded by high-level athletics, with a family deeply rooted in coaching and professional sports. While that path was always an option, he found himself drawn to something different—the creativity and impact of architecture.

That passion led him into construction, where he focuses on bringing well-designed spaces to life. He values the balance of design, function, and execution, and enjoys seeing a project evolve from concept to completion.

When he’s not working, Beau spends time with his wife, Sarah, their two young kids, and their dogs. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and staying connected to his roots in sports.
Together, Cory and Beau are driven by the same goal: creating spaces that not only look great, but have a lasting, positive impact on the people who use them and the communities they’re part of.
