The Taco Man
The Taco Man project took an existing empty space in a new development building in Berthoud and turned it into a Mexican restaurant with a full commercial kitchen and indoor seating. The Taco Man was previously operating out of two food trucks and this is their first brick and mortar location with hopes to expand locations in the future.
Longmont Complete Dentistry was an interior remodel of an existing dental facility with 3 different practices running independently. The goal was to turn it into a new functional layout for the use of one practice. The new layout included new offices, treatment rooms, lab and sterile room, x-ray/pano room, restrooms and reception and waiting area. A new layout and high end finishes turned these dated practices into one new highly efficient and beautiful practice.
Josh & John’s, a Colorado Springs based company, Loveland location was their 5th location in Colorado. This project included remodeling the existing office space, that Poudre Construction previously did, and turning it into a brand new ice cream shop with walk up windows and ample indoor and outdoor seating.
A well-managed process keeps your project on schedule, your team informed, and your business moving forward without unnecessary disruption.
